This is an instrumental track, but when I perform it live, I have the children and families sing "ah" or "la" on the verse portion and I sing "oh" on the bridge. I just recorded it a year or two ago, but I wrote it back around the late 90s one cold autumn afternoon just before singing with the kindergarteners and after care kids at the KinderCare in N. Billerica, MA. I watched a small flock of geese flying over the Merrimack River in Lowell earlier that day on my way from singing at a school in Nashua, NH.
